LUV Club Sweepstakes

Eligibility

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: To submit an entry without making a purchase, legibly handprint your name, street address, city, state or province, zip or postal code, country, telephone number, and complete e-mail address on a standard 4” × 6” postcard (with no outer envelope), and mail to: 2218 E Williams Field Rd, Suite 245, Gilbert, Arizona 85295.

LUV CLUB MEMBERS: LUV Club Carwash Members will receive one automatic entry with every wash, up to a maximum of one entry per day. Automatic entries will use the contact information of the LUV Club Member provided with their purchase of club membership.

RESTRICTIONS: The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Florida, California, Nevada, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, and is void where prohibited by law. Participants must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Maximum of one entry per day. Employees of LUV Car Wash, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible. The LUV Club Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entries that are incomplete or that do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of LUV Car Wash. Fraudulent methods or attempts to circumvent the rules may result in removal from eligibility at the sole discretion of LUV Car Wash.

Agreement to Rules

By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to these Rules without reservation, and you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. You agree to comply with the decisions made by LUV Car Wash, which are final and binding regarding the event’s content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, you affirmatively review, accept, and agree to all Official Rules.

Sweepstakes Periods

• Entries will be accepted starting on or about 3/1/24, and ending at the end of each calendar month.
• All mail-in entries must be received three business days in advance of month end.
• There will be one drawing per month per Sweepstakes item in the year 2024.
• Winners will be announced the following month, for example, March 2024 winners will be announced in April 2024.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prizes

The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (the “Winner”) will receive prizes and/or recognition. The actual or appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. Prizes are determined solely by LUV Car Wash. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, and prizes are non-transferable. Upon acceptance of a prize, the Winner is solely responsible for all expenses related to the prize, including any and all local, state, and federal taxes. The Winner shall not transfer assignment of the prize to others, nor request a cash equivalent or substitution. The Winner must complete a 1099-K form if prize value exceeds $600. By accepting a prize, the Winner grants permission for LUV Car Wash to use the Winner’s likeness, entry, and name for advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law. • Members receive one wash per day, which equals one entry per day (30 entries per month).
• Contact information must be linked to the member account.
• The winner will be chosen by random selection.
• A total of three winners will be chosen each month, one prize per winner.
• Winners will be contacted by phone or email.
• Prizes over $600 require completed tax documentation in order to receive the prize.
