Automatic Renewal

After you consent to the membership terms, membership will automatically renew at the full agreed amount (i.e. the amount paid on the sign-up date) every 30 days based on the original sign-up date (Renewal Date) until cancelled.

Minimum 30-day commitment. Monthly billing occurs on your Renewal date. You must maintain a valid payment method. Declined payments may result in suspension or termination.

Any change in pricing will be communicated to you in writing (via the contact information you have provided) at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel at any time before the next Renewal Date.

Cancellation & Refunds

Membership may be cancelled at any time through https://luvcarwash.com/newmanagemembership/ (one-click + identity verification) or by contacting LUV Car Wash at 480-999-0299. Cancellation is effective immediately and will stop any automatic renewal at the next Renewal Date.

No refunds, credits, or prorations for mid-cycle cancellations or unused services will be given.

Managing Membership

Update billing, cancel plans, and manage your account in the portal. Provide accurate license plate, contact, and payment information. Errors or delays caused by incorrect info may result in failed transactions or denied service.

Use & Limitations

Refunds and/or chargebacks will not be provided if the membership is not used. Membership is for personal use only and PER VEHICLE; not for commercial use (e.g., taxis, limousines, dealerships).

Tampering with Unlimited License Plate/Sticker or unauthorized access could result in cancellation of membership without refund.

Promotions & Exclusions

Promotional pricing/trials are for new members only and not available to current members or those canceled within the last twelve (12) months. Unlimited plans can’t be combined with other offers, discounts, wash tickets or gift cards.

Modifications / Suspension / Termination

LUV may modify, suspend, or cancel the program or membership at its discretion, with or without notice, including for payment failures, violations, misuse, or inappropriate behavior at locations.

When you access or use the website, send emails to us, or receive communications from us electronically, you consent to communicating with the Company electronically.

We may communicate with you by email or by posting notices through the website. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements, policies, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Some LUV Car Wash locations use Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) technology to help identify vehicles associated with customer memberships and services in compliance with California Civil Code §§1798.90.5–1798.90.54.

An ALPR system uses cameras and computer algorithms to read license plates and convert them into searchable computer-readable data.

Authorized Uses of ALPR

ALPR systems may be used for:

• Identifying vehicles associated with customer memberships
• Facilitating automated entry for car wash services

Authorized Personnel

LUV Car Wash does not sell ALPR information. ALPR information may only be shared:

ALPR information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to support operational needs, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, or enforce agreements. Data is securely deleted or anonymized after the applicable retention period.

ALPR System Custodian

The ALPR system is overseen by the LUV Car Wash Business Operations Department and Vice President of Business Operations, which is responsible for implementing and maintaining this policy.

By signing up for SMS communications, you agree to receive text message alerts from LUV Car Wash.

These exclusions apply to any claims for damage due to pre-existing conditions, improperly secured or aftermarket parts (e.g., mirrors, trim, wipers, antennas), or for vehicles that are not appropriate for automated car washes (full list available at: https://luvcarwash.com/disclaimer/), lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, injury, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if we knew or should have known of the possibility of such damages.

For all claims arising from your membership, use of any LUV Car Wash, or use of the Website or its content, Company's total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid to Company in the three (3) months immediately preceding the effective date of such damage, loss or cause of action, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (U$100).

LUV Car Wash does not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. Occasional closures for maintenance, weather, or holidays may apply.

By using this Website or any of the LUV Car Wash services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from Your Use or violation of these Terms.

Informal Dispute Resolution

If a Dispute arises, first send a written description to support@luvcarwash.com. The parties will negotiate in good faith for up to 60 days; limitations periods and deadlines are tolled during this process.

Mutual Arbitration Agreement

If unresolved, either party may initiate binding arbitration under AAA rules. If you file, also email a copy to support@luvcarwash.com. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve disputes about the scope and enforceability of this Arbitration Agreement.

Location & Governing Law

The arbitration shall be held in LUV Car Wash location(s). The arbitrator shall apply the law of the State of LUV Car Wash location(s) consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations.

30-Day Opt-Out & Severability

You may opt out within thirty (30) days by emailing support@luvcarwash.com with subject “ARBITRATION OPT-OUT”.

If any part is unenforceable, claims that cannot be arbitrated may be brought only in the state or federal courts located in LUV Car Wash location(s); remaining claims will be arbitrated.

Each party may bring claims only in its individual capacity; no class, collective, consolidated, mass, or representative proceedings.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of LUV Car Wash location(s), without regard to conflicts rules.

These Terms, together with posted policies, constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior communications. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

Printed versions of these Terms and electronic notices are admissible as business records. These Terms bind successors and permitted assigns and create no agency, partnership, or employment relationship.

Use of the Services may be subject to other local, state, and national laws. “Including” means “including without limitation.”
