LUV Car Wash is not responsible for any…

  • Cracked, fractured, split, chipped, repaired windshields and windows.
  • Preexisting body damage, paint damage, rust, or corrosion.
  • Sunroofs, bug shields, weather stripping, sun visors, or any other glass.
  • Side mirrors, antennas, shark fins, GPS covers, push-to-open fuel doors, or rear brake lights.
  • Vehicles with excessively low ground clearance or aerodynamic features that may be damaged by our wash process.
  • Exterior attachments or accessories (e.g., luggage racks, roof racks, bike racks).
  • Any damage caused by aftermarket modifications or accessories.
  • Vehicles with unrepaired or poorly repaired damage that may be exacerbated by the washing process and previously repaired vehicle damage of any kind.
  • Convertible vehicles with soft tops or removable hardtops.
  • Vehicles with aged molding, sun damage, or weather damage exacerbated by wash process.
  • Window wipers, blades, headlamp washers, loose moldings, emblems, or decals.
  • Automatic door locks, door handles, electric or motorized running boards.
  • Vehicle safety features that may react unpredictably during the wash process or potentially cause damage or malfunction.
  • Rental vehicles, older vehicles with fragile components, exotic or luxury vehicles, high-performance vehicles, and classic/vintage vehicles requiring special handling.
  • Tire damage, rim damage, low tread tires, vehicles with modified tires or wide tires.
  • Sensitive electronics or electrical components on EVs or hybrids (e.g., charging ports, high-voltage safety features, regenerative braking systems, battery damage).
  • Vehicles with excessive dirt and debris.
  • Vehicles over 5 years old.
  • No cell phone use in the tunnel.

Truck beds must be clean and free of all debris.

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES

Safety Precautions

For safety reasons, customers must adhere to all posted signs, instructions, and guidelines within the LUV Car Wash facility. Failure to do so may result in injury or damage to the vehicle or property.

IMPORTANT: Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless LUV Car Wash, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to accidents resulting from customer negligence.

Release of Liability

LUV Car Wash shall not be held liable for any accidents, damages, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of customer negligence while using our car wash services. Customers acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with vehicle operation and interaction with other customers on the premises.

Customer agrees to report any damage before leaving the premises and agrees to inspect their vehicle after each wash.

Proceeding With Service

By proceeding with LUV Car Wash service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined on our disclaimer and exclusion list.
